HOW TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRODUCT?

  1. Send Us an Email or WhatsApp Message: +201123571010
    Write the phone number or email from which you made the order.
  2. Write the order number.
  3. If you want to replace, choose: Exchange.
  4. If you want to get your money back, type: Refund.
  5. In the case of replacement, make a new order, and it must be written in the notes in the shopping cart: "Special instructions for the seller" that this order is an exchange; otherwise, we will ship the order to you without receiving the product that you want to replace.

Before exchanging, make sure that the product is intact and can be exchanged or refundable.

Important Information:

Exchange or return is permitted within 14 days of receipt.

It is not allowed to exchange or return underwear or lingerie.

Note: The company bears the shipping fees only if we send a wrong product. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping fees when making the replacement or return.
